We would wholeheartedly recommend Lou to anyone selling their home. Through her skill, knowledge of marketing and presentation, she delivered results beyond our expectations. She was confident that we would not be disappointed – and we weren't! Her confidence in presenting our home of 36 years to the market in a professional manner through all the avenues available to her, yielded a great result. We are very thankful for her expertise in selling our home. Thanks Lou.

Based on personal experience.. Agent Lou is someone who puts 100% into her role. An agent with a proven history of understanding her client base, through piercing deadline sales and commitment to deliver results, less the cheesey parable of money-back guarantees. Listen to Agent Lou, even at times you 'may think you know better'. Agent Lou's emulsifying advice and experience of the property market, is the quandary of staying on course and moving through the property maze with insight. From dealing with many Agents over time, the ones that cause effect, can be trusted by their marketing campaigns, within the limits of free expression. You learn they are headstrong, as role models as they transform from the law society to gym instructors to building a human connection with the community, wherever they lead their tail. Thank you Agent Lou, for your determination and vision. D.

Always deliver best service with great result

I have bought and sold a house with Lou and both times I have found to be an excellent Real Estate Agent. She is very warm and professional at the same time. She had an accurate knowledge of the market and was able to advise on the best way to set up open homes to sell the house well. I would highly recommend Lou to anyone looking for a Real Estate Agent.

Lou was very informative throughtout the process and very professional at all times. A great outcome with the property cash unconditional at Tender close. Thank you Lou for making this a stress free experience.

I chose to work with Lou because she has a commitment to her vendors that is unparalleled, after dealing with many other agents over many years Lou stands out as a person who is fully committed and focussed on a outcome that was important to me. I would sell with Lou again for many reasons, she got me an amazing result. Couldn’t recommend highly enough, don’t choose anyone else to sell your property.

Lou was very professional while being friendly and personable at the same time. She knows her market well and she walked me through the process easily communicating regularly along the way. I would highly recommend Lou to anyone wanting a great real estate and a great experience of buying.

Very Professional and Friendly approach.

Lou is super friendly and sweet. She is quick to respond to text/email communications and always thinks about what else she can tell you that you may not have thought to ask. Lou made the whole processes easy and not so daunting. Thanks!

There were a few hiccups along the way, with a three-way move, but in the end it all worked out well, thanks to Lou and her special skills.

Simply the best of the game. Definitely will work with Lou again in the future

Awesome. Hardworking lady.
