Charlotte is very professional and very easy to deal with. Charlotte is very helpful & she went out her way to sort out any queries we had on the property. She is knowledgeable and proactive with professional information. We would definitely use her again.
Whether you are buying or selling we would definitely recommend Charlotte She is not only very professional in her knowledge of all aspects of real estate, she is very down to earth and approachable that made the purchase of our home so much easier Any queries or issues were answered and dealt with very quickly and professionally..we were kept in the loop constantly through out the process and are very happy to have had Charlotte as our agent
If you want a honest, professional, motivated agent then Charlotte is the right agent for you. We have dealt with numerous realestate agents over the years both as the purchaser and the vendor. So we knew what to expect. However, Charlotte and her team surprised us. Not an easy thing to do in 2023. We live overseas so were obviously nervous about selling our house remotely. The nerves were soon replaced with a sense of confidence within days of going to market. I don’t think Charlotte sleeps, she never stops. A clear communication line was established almost immediately, with regular updates and honest feed back. Her team were professional, diligent and personable. Charlotte is now established as top agent. Yet, she makes you feel important, like you are the only house she has on her books. Ultimately, the question is; would I use her again? Every time!
We dealt with Charlotte, from a distance, and could not have been happier with the service. Everything dealt with as requested and no issue to small a ask. Kept up to date through the whole process with both her and her team been efficient and professional at all times.
Charlotte personally kept in touch with us throughout the process even though she had an excellent team who clearly knew their roles and provided excellent support. She was always available to answer any queries. The documentation provided, from introduction and regular reports to final wrap up was superb. Charlotte and her team made the whole process enjoyable.
Charlotte and her team at eves did a fantastic job selling my home and I would recommend them highly. Also helped me look and study the market to find my new home
Charlotte and her team are incredibly professional and cannot be faulted for their real estate knowledge, commitment, communication, and most importantly their ability to initiate, negotiate and settle real estate transactions. We purchased through Charlotte approximately two years’ ago and sold through Charlotte recently - that is a demonstration of our commitment to Charlotte and her team!
Working with Charlotte was a great experience from start to finish. She's personable and adaptable and has the expertise to back it all up. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she went out of her way to help us when things hit the fan pre-settlement. Can't recommend her enough.
In a market that is quite dynamic I found the strategy and communication aspects of marketing to be very important and Charlotte's team showed experience and efficiency in these areas. I received prompt communications and we were able to achieve a sale in a short period of time. A team I would highly recommend and would be happy to work with again.
I would recommend Charlotte and her team to anyone looking to sell in the absolute highest degree, she was fantastic! Her tireless service, quick communications, laughs and no B.S approach from the outset was just above and beyond any sales agent I've had prior. Service in any industry is often lacking but to say she went to above and beyond would be a miserable understatement! Right to the last-minute panics on settlement day she was there, fixing things in a calm and super-efficient manner. A shout out also to her team, great communications and nothing was ever an issue or a stress. Utterly professional, astounding levels of service and a friendly, open and no nonsense approach puts her streets ahead. Thanks Charlotte and team, you are rare ones!
Buying our beach house was a breeze thanks to Charlotte and her team. Comms was great and regular and nothing was too hard. A very fair purchase process was run with no pressure to do anything unlike some agents. We're very happy with the new house! Thank you again!
Charlotte and her team were absolutely amazing, right from day one! She was kind, attentive and proactive- I couldn’t recommend her more
