Charlotte and her team were extremely professional, skilled and experienced. I appreciated that my queries were always answered promptly in a friendly, helpful manner. I particularly appreciated the recommendations from Charlotte of skilled local tradespeople to carry out the work required on the house before putting it up for sale. When it came to selling my house at auction Charlotte’s negotiating skills came to the fore and the sale was completed to my and the buyer’s satisfaction.

Charlotte was exception in all stages of the Sale. She had good market knowledge and knew exactly where our property sat in the Market. Her advice on what we needed to do to present the property was great. Charlotte presented an appropriate marketing plan and was extremely reassuring with any concerns we had. Charlotte or a member of her team were always available to answer our queries or concerns and kept us up to date with all activity. Communication was superb and could not be faulted. She gave us good clear options when it came to negotion and we at no stage felt pressured. Charlotte was amazing and made what we thought was going to be a stressful time an easy one with a great result.

We mostly worked with Lauren McRae on selling and buying. Lauren was incredibly nurturing from day one. As soon as we decided to list with Eves, Charlotte was on the case and we were in contact with Lauren the very next day. We had never experienced having an agent assigned specifically to help find us a house to live in, and it was very comforting to know we had Lauren in our corner. Buying and selling a house can be very stressful. We had worked with Charlotte before on previous house sales, so we knew we were in good hands having her team on board. Working with Lauren was a new experience, and we are so glad we had her to help us through this process. Lauren was on the case immediately. We were viewing houses the next day and it did not let up from there. There were many late night text message exchanges between us, sharing properties of interest, which really added to the feeling of having support beyond normal working hours. That sense of support was so valuable during this time, as we were selling our house while also searching for a new one. The market was a bit tricky and at times it started to feel quite stressful as we worried about whether we would find something in time. Throughout it all, Lauren was a pillar of calm. Her experience, knowledge, and sheer determination to get us over the line made us feel so supported. Lauren worked tirelessly to help us secure our property, and she did a fantastic job. We found a house that ticked all the boxes. It has been some months since we moved in, and we are very happy here. Thank you to Lauren, Charlotte, and the whole team for your help this time around.
