If you want a honest, professional, motivated agent then Charlotte is the right agent for you. We have dealt with numerous realestate agents over the years both as the purchaser and the vendor. So we knew what to expect. However, Charlotte and her team surprised us. Not an easy thing to do in 2023. We live overseas so were obviously nervous about selling our house remotely. The nerves were soon replaced with a sense of confidence within days of going to market. I don’t think Charlotte sleeps, she never stops. A clear communication line was established almost immediately, with regular updates and honest feed back. Her team were professional, diligent and personable.
