Charlotte was absolutely fantastic. We really appreciated her wealth of knowledge, high energy and the strong team she has behind her. We loved her direct and sophisticated approach with no cheesy real estate cliches to be seen. Thanks so much Charlotte!
Charlotte Gardner and her team are experienced and knowledgeable agents and assistants. The level of communication and customer service was next level. I don't live in the area and heavily relied on Charlotte to recommend a builder, painter, fix-it person and house-dresser. Charlotte organised letting the parties in, sometimes at short notice. Setting up WhatsApp for communications was great. I always got a response in minutes. I'd happily recommend Charlotte if you are looking for a confident, outstanding agent fronting a professional, friendly team. Thanks to Charlotte - and team members Courtney & Micaela. Your tireless service and efficiency in all you do is second to none.
Charlotte was a very easy agent to deal with very quick replying with our queries
Managed with integrity and professionalism from start to finish. Market knowledge was extensive and up to date. A lot of practical support from the team. Marketing and home staging produced stunning results. Great communications with vendor. Resulted in a great sale. (Written by family member of overseas vendor)
Charlotte was outstanding! From day one, her expertise and market confidence shone through. She worked quickly and efficiently with the support of her fantastic team. The contemporary communication methods reduced anxiety and gave us an elevated view of what to expect. The team showcased our home brilliantly, and after only two open homes the house went to auction and sold! The teams dedication and swift marketing approach resulted in a quick and fantastic sale. We highly recommend Charlotte and her team, they’re proactive and skilled professionals. For anyone looking to sell their home quickly and efficiently contact Charlotte and her team!
I helped Alison through the selling process of 14 Claridge Place.Charlotte was chosen due to her Professional approach to everything, her motivation and passion for selling which got the property sold within weeks.Charlotte shone through with her knowledge and kept her professional approach even through some difficult areas that she endured during this sale.Congratulations Charlotte, what a gem you are.
Charlotte communicated well all the way. The systems EVES has in place were exceptional in ensuring we signed everything. Charlotte also kept our tenant on board with the sale process. We'll done Charlotte and EVES.
It’s never easy choosing an agent to sell your biggest asset, however we absolutely made the right decision in choosing Charlotte. From the get go, Charlotte and her team were professional, efficient and kept us fully informed throughout the whole process. Although Charlotte is a very busy agent, she made us feel like we were her most important clients and made it all so easy. Charlotte and her team are friendly, fun, caring, empathetic and we would choose them again in a heartbeat!
We chose Charlotte for her exceptional problem-solving capabilities, deep integrity and strength of character. Well respected by her peers, a high achiever and efficient operator, Charlotte is at the top of her field. And that showed in the results when she sold our property in the Mount. Thank you, Charlotte, and team, for your excellent mahi on our behalf.
Charlotte (actually Team Charlotte) came highly recommended...we were sceptical! We were told Team Charlotte were good, but we didn't think they would be this good! We couldn't have wished for a better experience than we had with Charlotte, Courtney, and Micaela. This was a challenging sale that required a full reno before going to market. Team Charlotte organised and coordinated absolutely everything in short order and got the place looking amazing in just a couple of weeks. The house sold at Auction just 3 weeks later for a great price. With Charlotte as the consummate professional front person and Courtney and Micaela doing all of the amazing work behind the scenes we couldn't have wanted for more in terms of knowledge, communication and professionalism. Thanks Team Charlotte for an amazing job...sceptics no longer and couldn't recommend you more highly!
Charlotte and her team were awesome to work with when selling our house. They were extremely responsive to all and any queries we had along the way and made the selling (and also buying!) process so much less stressful than it could have been. We also bought a home from Charlotte's portfolio so the experience was very seamless the whole way through. Very professional yet friendly and caring at the same time! Highly recommended to anyone selling their home, especially if you're in a rush!
Being buyers from out of town, we found Charlotte to be informative, helpful and responsive to our enquiries and viewing requests. We thank her for her helpfulness in negotiating the successful purchase of our property.
