Paul was easy to make contact with and accommodated all our needs in viewing the property multiple times. He was calm with all the dealings and not like typical salespeople who ask lots of questions and push for your opinion. He allowed us sufficient time to go away and discuss our options with the property prior to making an offer. Thanks, Paul, for helping us get into our future home.

We couldn't have asked for a better agent than Paul Voorburg & PA Kirsten. From start to finish, they were professional, approachable and extremely helpful. Their communication was excellent, they kept us up to date throughout, and they went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. We really appreciated their honesty and commitment and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.

Paul is always kind, friendly and welcoming. He has a great knowledge of the home and surrounding area, even being familiar with the neighbours, local community and schools through his experience as both a long term local resident and former primary school teacher. If there was ever any extra detail to find out, Paul was straight onto it. His communication was always prompt, reliable and efficient, and he was incredibly flexible, making it easy to arrange viewings and access whenever we needed. Throughout the process we never felt rushed, pressured or like we were being convinced, which was not the experience we had with other agents we dealt with previously. The whole experience of buying our future home was smooth and easy, and it genuinely felt like Paul had our best interests in mind alongside those of the vendors. He was always fair and reasonable, and it was a pleasure to work alongside him. Thanks for everything, Paul

Louise had great market knowledge and was very responsive and flexible.

Met or exceeded our expectations regarding clarity of communication, regular contact, professionalism and service. Brendon & Louise were always honest in their appraisals and communications and were always timely and efficient whenever we had questions or challenges. Nothing was a problem. We sold and bought with them and would highly recommend.

We had an outstanding experience with Louise and Brendon as our real estate agents. They were not only extremely efficient in selling our home but also went above and beyond to help us find and purchase our new one. Throughout the entire process, they were always helpful, courteous, and thoughtful to our needs. Their communication was clear and consistent, and they truly made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well-organized. We’re so grateful for their professionalism and personal touch — we couldn’t have asked for better agents! Highly recommended.

We had a very positive experience purchasing our property through Michele. She was friendly, responsive, and communicated clearly at every stage of the process. Her knowledge of the local market gave us confidence, and she handled negotiations professionally and fairly. Michele was always willing to answer questions and ensured the transaction progressed smoothly.

She was very responsive to us & listened respectfully to any of our concerns. She talked us through the whole process of selling our house so we knew what to expect. She showed her knowledge of the real estate industry in the way she communicated with us. She was also delightful company . We appreciated her care & concern for us during the whole process of selling our house & property.

Selling our home of 15 years was an immensely big deal and Rob understood and respected this. Rob was committed to the task, kept us well informed and worked hard to get a result.

Rob provided us with great service and overall we were happy with our experience. It has been a long time since we purchased a new house but it all went smoothly. Thanks for the bubbly also.
