My home was not exactly the usual property on the Market, as it has extra features that many homes do not. (Six car garaging, solar panels and house battery, smaller bedrooms, and a gravelled driveway and yard, on a back section). Tracey worked really hard over a few months to find exactly the right buyer, who was fine with the extra features, at the price I wanted. Her experience and market knowledge resulted in a total of six offers. I accepted three in succession, but the first two fell over because of financing problems.
