Adriana is a consummate professional who makes selling and buying a house as effortless as possible. Her manner is relaxed and friendly but she also has a comforting confidence that everything will work out as one hopes. Having bought and sold a number of properties in the past, I can say with complete assurance that I have never had an agent who has worked my property so hard and achieved a result in such a timely manner. Her knowledge of the housing market is extensive as one would expect. When I stated how much I money I needed after expenses, to renovate the new house, I was listened to and she negotiated hard to meet my goal. Similarly Adriana intuitively knew the type of property that would meet my needs and didn’t waste my time showing me unsuitable properties. Adriana ensured I was fully informed at each step of the selling and buying process which I appreciated as it reduced any stress I felt. The bunch of flowers and a gift basket were a very pleasant surprise.
