We listed my parents house with Tracey. We listed with her because word of mouth directed us to her. We were not disappointed. Tracey's knowledge of the Levin property market was 2nd to none. Her work ethic was impressive. She ran open homes every weekend and showed people through consistently. As a result,the house sold quickly and without hassle. Tracey's support to my ill mother through the sale process made a big difference. The regular updates to us the vendors was impressive and instrumental in guiding us in what we needed to do to get the sale. If we were to sell or buy in that area again, I definitely would want to use Tracey again.
