My home was not exactly the usual property on the Market, as it has extra features that many homes do not. (Six car garaging, solar panels and house battery, smaller bedrooms, and a gravelled driveway and yard, on a back section). Tracey worked really hard over a few months to find exactly the right buyer, who was fine with the extra features, at the price I wanted. Her experience and market knowledge resulted in a total of six offers. I accepted three in succession, but the first two fell over because of financing problems. The third offer that I accepted has gone unconditional. I followed Tracey's advice about preparing the home for sale, and most prospective buyers were favourably impressed. No question was too hard, and Tracey patiently provided regular open homes, viewings, and weekly or more often, detailed feedback on progress until my home was sold. Legend: she made an always stressful process as easy as possible.

Adriana is a very effective communicator so I was fully informed about the market conditions for selling a house and what aspects of my home were strong pluses. There was no pressure to list with her company which gave me time to consider my options. Once I had decided to go ahead and list Adriana was efficient in preparing the documentation and organizing the photographer. I was fully consulted regarding the number of open homes as my preference was to have a limited number. Plenty of advance warning was given when appointments were made to look at the house. Adriana was diligent and prompt in giving me potential buyers feedback. All in all Adriana is an easy, knowledgeable and pleasant agent to work with. She made selling my house as streamline and stress free as possible which was great.
