Josh has a lovely nature, which brings a calmness to an otherwise stressful situation. He organised everything our staging, photos, and video - which all looked amazing comparative to other properties on the market! He regularly updated us, and was responsive with any questions purchasers had and gave advice on specifics that needed to be answered by our solicitor. Having a large family and accommodate viewings outside of open homes, Josh knew he would need to give us time to be able to co-ordinate the house being cleaned etc, he would ask us if that time/day worked, meaning we could plan our day. We had a pre-auction offer to consider, he gave the relevant information for us to work through, there was no pressure. We hadn't been to an auction, he ran through the entire process which left us at ease. We ended up getting more than the price we wanted (well over CV - yes thats probably indicative of the market) but our reserve we set was based on information/facts that he provided. We've sold property before and this by far has been one of the easiest stress free experiences we've had. Thank you Josh you're amazing!
