After my father died I was responsible for selling my childhood family home where he'd lived for over 50 years. The house is quirky and rundown with a lot of substantial work needed, so not an easy sell, but Alison was outstanding. Her communication was great throughout. After making the decision to sell the next most important decision is the appointment of the agent. What was key to us was identifying an agent that could demonstrate superior results in our local beachside market, but with a broader track record across nearby suburbs of Remuera, Epsom and Parnell.
