We already knew that Gary and Vikki were the go to agents to sell our family home as many of our family and friends have vouched for them in the past.Gary and Vikki were very honest and realistic from the start, the lead up to getting the house ready was seamless and so was the presentation for the campaign. From then it got better each week as we were overseas & Gary kept us updated twice a week. As it was a set date sale and negotiations afterward was handled so professionally we couldn’t had a better person on our side. We would certainly use them in again . We had had a very positive experience when purchasing the house through Gary and Vicky many years ago. While we spoke to a couple of agents at the time of the sale, Gary and Vicky immediately understood our situation and gave advice pragmatic advice that responded accordingly. With their help we got the house into great shape for showing. We were aware that the market at the high end was tight and sales would often take time so to immediately sell upon receipt of offers within the range that Gary and Vicky had indicated was a great result.
