21 Days from Listing to Sale. Wow.
Aaron and Sonya from the outset provided reliable market and property preparation advice which we followed to the letter. The marketing strategy and plan was outstanding as evidenced by the number of online views of the property and visitations on Open Day. This was our 3rd experience with Aaron and Sonya, as a team they are generous with their time, inspired confidence and peace of mind throughout and met our price expectations.

Dream apartment
Melissa was extremely helpful in assisting me to secure my dream apartment - a huge step after a couple of decades in a former home. I was able to view the apartment at different times of the day, weather and light conditions to assess how well it would suit my needs, taste, art and furniture. It was a pleasure to work with her through some challenging issues (not of her or the vendor’s making). I love the apartment and am super happy with the result!

We recently sold our house with Sam being part of the Wallace team. They were exceptional.
Sam and the Wallace team recently sold our Auckland property. We live out of Auckland and we were very impressed with the guidance and support we received through our selling process. Sam put in an exceptional effort. His market knowledge is very sound and up to date. He gave us advice on how to prepare and present our house for an optimal sale price including staging and excellent photography which created an inviting home. With his marketing skills and past advertising experience throughout the Auction campaign we had 101 house inspections and five registered bidders. We were thrilled with the price we received when the hammer came down on Auction day. Throughout the campaign we found Sam very honest, personable and easy to communicate with. He treated prospective purchasers in a helpful, caring and straight forward manner as he assisted them with their due diligence. Nothing was too much trouble and small details were never missed. Sam and the Wallace team exceeded all our expectations with their professionalism, sound advice, expert knowledge, honesty, great communication skills and caring manner. We would thoroughly recommend Sam and the team and would definitely use their expertise again.

The team you want to sell your house
Steve and Nila are the team you want selling your house, they understand the Remuera market like no other team. They were responsive to our calls, texts and emails and kept us abreast of everything throughout the selling campaign. Once the house was sold they even advised us honestly on properties we looked to buy, this insight was invaluable.
