About Adrienne

It’s a pretty exceptional occurrence when a real estate agent gets invited to go on holiday with her clients after she’s secured the sale of their home. But Adrienne Gooch can lay claim to that distinction. Her capacity to build life-long friendships with her clientele is a reflection of the trust and respect she has earned from them. Adrienne comes from a legal background. With a number of years spent as a legal executive with a large Auckland city law firm gave her a significant understanding of the legalities of property transacting. Lynn has done an amazing job of selling 16 Hakanoa Street

Lynn has done a great job of marketing and selling the property. She has gone beyond her roll in making sure everything was in order, even to the extent of organising electricians and chasing away cars parked in the driveway. Lynn has a great attention to detail and is an excellent communicator. We were kept up to date with how things were going and all communications were positive. I would highly recommend Lynn to anyone who was looking at selling their home.

Paul exceeded my expectations in every way. He was discreet, knowledgeable and friendly.

Paul sold my home and I shifted on the 30th of September 2024. I was impressed with the way he did not pressure me, instead he provided excellent service, and he went out of his way to keep me informed. He was very polite and he listened to my requests and queries. I am very happy to recommend him as an honest salesman. I would certainly use him again if I ever need to and I have already recommended him to my friends.
