Jamie and her team were amazing. From their communication to their presentation. Market feed back, backed up by up to date stats. Jamie, Zoe and Eva, Ave very approachable and followed up and feed back was almost instantaneous. Jamie’s market knowledge and market strategies gave us full confidence in her capabilities. She made us feel comfortable with her easy conversation style ( usually over a glass of wine!!). Both Chess and I appreciate the hard work Jamie and all the Tremains team did in marketing and selling our home.

Jaime's team was selected after seeking appraisals and marketing plans from 3 local agents, to sell my mother in law's home in Carterton. Right from the start I found her team's approach to be friendly, prompt and professional. So they got the listing. Through the marketing process communication was 100%, and the team was helpful in arranging minor repairs and staging. Although the market was tight, the sale process was done and dusted within a matter of weeks with multiple offers to consider. There were multiple people involved in our chain and Team Jaime and other agents at Tremains worked tirelessly to get it over the line for everyone involved.
