We met Jamie Slater from Tremains when we were looking around open homes in Greytown. She was just packing up and leaving 53 West Street when we rocked up. She opened up the house again so we could look. It was love at first sight for me but my Husband wanted to have a second look so we went to the open home a week later. Jamie is just so warm and friendly and kind.She is actually really funny as well and we found her a pleasure to deal with. She negotiated on our behalf with vendors and between them and Jamie our retirement property is now a reality and we are looking forward to starting a whole new chapter of our lives when we move from the farm in the King Country and move onto a section in Greytown. Jaime's expertise in company and trust law was invaluable, as there were some pesky fishhooks to extract. Tremains presence throughout NZ enabled my house to be viewed by people from outside the Wairarapa. My house sold to a wonderful couple from outside Auckland, who flew down to view it. That was due to Jaime's experience, astuteness and charm. I cannot recommend her too highly.

Jaime has an amazing ability to sense what kind of people we were and to understand whyat we were looking for in a property. Comms from both Jaime and Eva were prompt and on point. We truly belive that she sold us to the vendor as suitable custodians of her wonderful property, and that, as much as the offered price, made for a seamless transaction. The first time I met Jamie she was passionate about taking on my house to sell ( a place not for the weak hearted) Communication has been excellent The plan that was made worked wonderfully I was in Australia for the auction and Jamie and her team went out of their way to make it work and keep in touch even when I was in the air. The genuine excitement for me and my mum was contagious and made a sad process more enjoyable.
