Jamie knew the area and all the pitfalls from having sold other properties around the property and guided us through getting the house ready for sale in what was already a stressful time. It’s was July ‘23 and we were seriously considering selling our home. We had heard great things about Jaime from locals in the Wairarapa. We had also come across Jaime when viewing other homes years before. From what we had heard and seen, Jaime was the ideal choice. Big shout out as well to Eva who was always available via a call or messages and Franceen, who kept us abreast of potential purchaser developments in weekly reports. After an acceptable offer was presented, there were still some headwinds to navigate. This is where Jamie and her team’s professionalism really stood out. Connecting with multiple agents, communicating the status of our sale and the shifting sands was a stressful time, but it was completed with a lot of hard work. We couldn’t have done it without Jaime’s team….and future vendors, neither will you.
