Natasha’s knowledge was second to none. She had an incredible understanding of the current market, our local area and the buyers we needed to reach, and her marketing strategy was spot on. She was also extremely knowledgeable about the more complicated aspects of our property, including council matters, consents and boundaries, which became particularly important during our sale. We always felt we were in the safest and most capable hands.
What truly sets Natasha apart is how much she genuinely cared. She took a real interest in us, our lives and what was important to our family. We never felt like just another property or another sale — we felt valued, supported and genuinely looked after.
