Jacynda was recommended to us and it is the best recommendation we have ever had! Her communication has been fantastic (even calling me when she was on holiday). There were some issues with our purchasers and we were kept fully up to date on everything. This sometimes meant 2 or 3 calls per day when things were progressing quickly. She was always very professional, bright and enthusiastic. We were selling our property from a distance and we truly felt that our property was in good hands. Jacynda is someone who is genuinely interested in achieving the best result for her clients. She even helped to arrange a gardener for us to keep on top of things as we weren't there. Tremaine Realty were engaged on the basis that 2 agents would facilitate the open home process. One to manage the open home and the other to accompany my 90 year old mum.
