Communication is extremely important to me, and the electronic platform they use to keep you up to date on the progress of selling your property is excellent. This electronic platform is so good I could not imagine using an agent that did not use it. Straight after the open home has been held you can see how many people attended and any comments they made. I was so impressed with the service we got from the Ganesh and the whole Rout group that we straight away listed another property with them.
