We were truly grateful for Ganesh and Renee. Looking for our first home in the price range we had was proving to be quite difficult. The thing I really appreciated was anytime the team had a new listing they would call straight away and book us in to have a viewing. No matter the issue Ganesh and Renee were always going the extra mile to sort it or contact the right people to get it sorted. Communication is extremely important to me, and the electronic platform they use to keep you up to date on the progress of selling your property is excellent. This electronic platform is so good I could not imagine using an agent that did not use it. Straight after the open home has been held you can see how many people attended and any comments they made. I was so impressed with the service we got from the Ganesh and the whole Rout group that we straight away listed another property with them.
