Penny and Sacha are incredible at what they do. They helped me through both the selling of my property and although my purchase was not through them they still answered questions and gave support. Penny and Sacha are professional, caring, informative and they get it done! I couldn’t have asked for a better team to sell my property.

Penny was wonderful in helping us secure our dream home. She was incredibly helpful throughout the process, making everything go smoothly. Taking on a lifestyle property for the first time came with lots of questions, and Penny made sure we had the right connections with the vendors to get the answers we needed. She also helped make our move much easier, especially with our house settling on the same day. Overall, a great experience, Penny’s support made all the difference!

Our experience with Sotherhys was exceptional! Penny and Kim both teamed up and went above and beyond to help us through selling our home in a very strange market. They gave us honestly, professionalism, communication and guidance. At no point did I wonder what was happening or what we needed to do as they kept in touch regularly and made everything easy and straight forward. We would absolutely love to work with Penny and Kim again!!!! Highly impressed.

Penny and Sasha sold our house in record time! Great communication and support throughout. Amazing results and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend them!

Penny was brilliant. Six days! Six days and it was signed and sealed! She made selling so easy with her contacts, efficiency, knowledge, professionalism and relaxed attitude. Felt as though you were dealing with a trusted friend.

Penny's expertise, knowledge, communication and overall service was outstanding. I highly recommend Penny for buying or selling.

Sacha was lovely to deal with, always open with communication and dealt with any queries we had promptly

Penny came highly recommended and was a delight from our first meeting. Always positive, humorous, genuine and direct. A great communicator and always did what she said she was going to. Some agents talk the talk, then disappear. Not Penny! She was 100% committed 100% of the time. A top lady. Gifted at her profession.

Sacha and Penny worked with us on a couple of properties - including an attempt at auction - before settling on the final one. Fast, straight-up communications so we always knew where we stood. Thanks, team.

Would highly recommend Penny for selling property, she is very passionate about realestate and goes above and beyond , was excellent with getting back to us with feedback from interested buyers ,nothing was a problem, communication was 10/10 . Thankyou Penny

Sacha is amazing, always at the other end of the phone to answer any questions. Couldn’t recommend her more!

We had a very good experience purchasing our new home through Penny. She was very helpful and accommodating and provided us with sufficient market knowledge and support. I can recommend her professional services
