I approached Penny on seeing a property which would be going to tender a few hours later. I had just lost an offer for a house in Wharewaka and needed to find a house in my preferred area. I found 120 Harakeke Drive on line and immediately felt that this house would be just what I was looking for. A near new 4 bedroom house with a small garden. Penny arranged for me to view the house and guided me through the process of a sealed bid. Thankfully the vendors chose to work with me re the price as well as lining up our dates to match, saving me having to put my goods into storage. Penny also arranged with the vendors so I could visit the their laundry with my plumber, prior to moving in.
