Very good knowledge of the current market. Communication was excellent. couldn't have asked for more. Would definitely go with Sacha again.

Having bought and sold several properties over the years, it was easy to compare past experience with Sasha as our agent. Firstly, we were impressed with her local knowledge and contacts with related companies we needed. Her communication, market knowledge and positivity cannot be faulted.

Sacha had excellent communication throughout the process and patient with setbacks I had, I’ve had some challenging deals in the past and this was a breeze! Would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell. Cheers

Both Penny & Sacha were very helpful and a change in the market helped get a great result in a short time. One or other of these women kept in touch to let me know progress and I really recommend Penny & Sacha to anyone wanting quality service.

Sasha has an absolute pleasure to work with. Her and the team made the entire process so easy and stress-free. We’re so grateful for their kindness, honesty, and genuine care — we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Penny and Sasha were great throughout the whole process. Penny communicated fully throughout, she made sure we were trying a variety of sale methods to try to get a result and we were happy with the price we achieved. She was honest, open and went the extra mile throughout. Recommend absolutely!

Penny and Sacha have a broad understanding of the housing market in Taupo. They were very professional and kept us well informed after each open home. In today's housing market they achieved a quick and satisfactory sale for us and it was a pleasure working with them.

As buyers our timing was impacted by several issues: health, hospitalisation, early possession of home sold, mistaken mover’s date and staying in several temporary accommodation. Yet, all was eased with Penny ensuring seamless interventions: facilitating solutions, responding promptly to potential problems and maintaining professional engagement at every level. No doubt back-up was provided by a competent team in the office. For that, we are appreciative.disorganised chaos dissipated and coherent interactions prevailed.

Sacha was great to deal. She replied to my responses very quick with no trouble, I would recommend team Penny & Sacha. Thanks ladies
