I am very appreciative of the time and trouble Jenny took to sell my property in what is a challenging market. She was exceptionally diligent in following up on prospective buyers and made herself available at short notice to answer queries and meet face to face. At the time the property was being marketed, there were tenants living in the property which required extra negotiation and consideration. Jenny established a good rapport with the tenants who in turn were very obliging regarding open homes and other visits to the property. Also at the time, my own circumstances were such that I was unable to visit either the property or the office or to attend to a number of issues that needed to be dealt with. Jenny went out of her way to make things as easy as possible for me. This included bringing the required documents to me to sign. Overall, I was very satisfied with the whole process. I would highly recommend Jenny as a professional and competent agent who genuinely cares about the person she is representing.
