When we were house hunting, before we had gone on the market, Ray recommended us to Team Ritchie from Harcourts to sell our home, who worked in our area. They were absolutely amazing and sold our house in a month. So, we were hunting for a new home, every night searching the internet, and every weekend open homing, and, as fate would have it, that cycled us back to Ray. We were looking to downsize for retirement. Ray contacted us and said he had looked at our current home listing and thought we might like a new one he had on in Waikanae. Waikanae wasn't really in our search area, but the moment we stepped into the cosy lounge and out into the beautiful garden, we loved it. Every other place, and there were so many, there was a feeling of how can we make this work? With this one, it was easy to proceed. Ray guided us in our offer, and quickly got us access for a builder's report. From seeing it on the Sunday, we had the house bought by Wednesday. We are very happy with the outcome and can't wait for settlement date to move in. It was a very positive experience all round. Well done Harcourts and well done Ray, and Paula, Alex and Adriana. We were in good hands and feel very grateful to you all. I loved that Ray was so proactive and thought of us when he got this listing. He was dead right. We love it! Sue made selling our home easy. We live out of town so couldn't get to the house to maintain it for sale. Sue (without us asking) stepped up and kept the house ticking over, the gardens and lawns maintained while the house was listed with her. Sue kept us updated with progress and general communication. We could approach Sue at any time with any questions and information we required. Sue is very personable and gives 110% to her clients. If I was to buy in the Kapiti Coast again we would definitely be going back to Sue. We would highly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell property to give Sue a call.
