Paul is pleasant to deal with and explains matters in a way that is easy to understand. He is transparent with his approach and communicates clearly with his vendors on all matters. We had a few viewers of our property that Paul went out of his way to accommodate for, meeting people to view the property on his days off and allowing them ample time to view. He was cautious to not over promise on what he would deliver, but was able to overdeliver where it mattered most.
