Our family engaged Brian and Andrea Childs to help with the sale of a small unit (company share) that had been vacated by a family member going into care. There were many challenges to get the property ready for sale, a task which Brian and Andrea both advised and supervised given their wealth of experience in sales in the Upper Hutt area.
