My experience is that he is very experienced and knowledgeable, and he provided frank and honest opinions, identified options, and worked very hard to get the best deal on my behalf notwithstanding a difficult, unpredictable and declining market. Although ultimately the sale price that was well below my expectations (and I think his also) this simply reflected the market and was no reflection on his effort or commitment on our behalf.
