I found the overall experience to be a bit of a challenge, but with Tama’s guidance on how to get too dollar by staging the property to its best, we put in the extra effort and finished all of the re-decorating, and de-cluttered the house and the yard. We were able to get the price we wanted. I would highly recommend Tama as an agent, I found him very helpful and willing to put effort in by doing open homes every weekend and advising us on what advertising we could do.

Two days after looking at our house as a potential listing Tama rung to say “I found you guys a house” 2 days!! We went we looked we fell in love, job done. Regular phone calls, kept us in the loop, no question to stupid - honest open and so friendly. I’ve been in customer service 22 years & Tama’s was faultless - just a really lovely guy to deal with.
