Lynne was always well presented and professional in her manner, always greeted us with a smile and really explained how the auction process worked as this was the first time we had sold a property at an auction. Lynne right from when she did the appraisal on our property left us feeling confident that she was really working hard for us. Her open homes were a great success and she kept us up to date by txt or phone calls and her weekly reports were always very detailed. Our auction night was a great success selling our property for a higher price then our reserve. We have already recommended Lynne to friends of ours and will continue to do so.
