Kelly was genuinely interested in us and to take on the sale of the property on on our behalf. She did not 'muck around', the unit went up for auction 4 weeks after our first meeting; we knew all the possibilities with the sale because she happily explained all our questions no matter how big or small; we were kept informed of everything that was happening even though we were away for 3 weeks; she did the same through the auction process.
