Born and raised in the Warkworth area, Terrence lived here for the first 18 years of his life, before leaving the then smaller town of Warkworth in search of a new career in teaching. Terrence studied and completed successfully, three years towards a Bachelor of Education in Auckland and in that time, learning many transferable skills such as self-management, negotiation and communication with people from all walks of life. A successful outcome in just a few weeks

I first met Terrence 14 years ago when I purchased this house and it was fitting to come full circle and have him sell it for me. Solution focussed and down to earth communication.

Within moments of walking into the home we knew that the property at 22 John Andrew Drive ticked many of the boxes we were looking for. Shelly was friendly and informed and gave an excellent summary of the history of the home and the builder. As is the way with property , there were a few glitches to endure, but thanks to Shelly's pragmatic and honest communication we were able to swiftly move forward to resolve the issues and meet our very tight settlement dates.
