A successful outcome in just a few weeks
I first met Terrence 14 years ago when I purchased this house and it was fitting to come full circle and have him sell it for me. From the outset of the sale process he listened to me and set realistic expectations about the current market. Throughout Terrence was professional, knowledgeable and committed to the sale. Communication was excellent with regular updates which I appreciated. The whole sale process was very smooth. I would thoroughly recommend Terrence to other buyers/sellers

Solution focussed and down to earth communication.
Within moments of walking into the home we knew that the property at 22 John Andrew Drive ticked many of the boxes we were looking for. Shelly was friendly and informed and gave an excellent summary of the history of the home and the builder. As is the way with property , there were a few glitches to endure, but thanks to Shelly's pragmatic and honest communication we were able to swiftly move forward to resolve the issues and meet our very tight settlement dates. Driven sales person, excellent market knowledge and great empathy
Carol was great to deal with and has excellent communication skills. Always kept us well apprised of what was happening, feedback received and scheduling needs to do private viewing etc. With great knowledge of the local market, comparative information and viewer feedback she was able to help us with our sales strategy and align to market needs. Carol put in a huge amount of work for us and really went over and above what you’d expect from an agent. We really appreciated her support and empathy throughout the process.
