Murray was great at guiding us through our selling options and what we needed to address as well as giving us some idea of where our house might sit in the market place. He was also incredibly patient in waiting for the optimum conditions that would allow an inviting presentation of the property. He also seized opportunity to steer possible suitable buyers who hadn’t enquired our way. We felt we were in good hands.
