Best Real Estate Agent
I had the privilege of purchasing a beach house through Peter and his daughter Dina. I cannot speak highly enough of them. They were professional but very approachable and went out of their way to ensure we got the right fit for our family. Their local knowledge was invaluable and their assistance in helping us get tradespeople sorted etc has been nothing short of amazing. Would I buy/sell using Peter and Dina again? In a heart beat

Agent with great local knowledge
We recently purchased a property through Murray and could not fault his service. The brochure and information about the house were excellent. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Although he was very busy, he arranged an extra viewing for us. The follow up afterwards was great, especially as he knows the community so well and was able to help us with recommendations for services we needed. We would highly recommend Murray.

Murray was incredible!
My sister and I are both located outside of New Zealand, so logistics of selling a home at Ngunguru had a few extra hurdles. First off Murray provided a comprehensive and realistic evaluation of the home and provided solid comparisons of how the district real estate was faring. He then continued to work with us to get the best price possible, with minimal inputs. Murray worked with the energy supplier to reconnect power, engaged a roof cleaner, lawn mower man, and even picked up a new oven for the purchaser. I was blown away with how helpful, generous with his time, and authentic he was.
