Very knowledgeable and good result achieved
Peter and his team are extremely knowledgable and experienced with the market here and are generally seen as the "go to" agents on the Coast. Peter and his team were very responsive and gave good advice on sales method, marketing, presentation etc. Although we were initially sceptical on the target price and the merits of a tender process, the process went smoothly and we ultimately achieved a result we were satisfied with. The team's communications and updates on marketing progress through the process were excellent.

Peter has excellent market knowlege and is "The MAN' to go to on the Tutukaka Coast
Peter has such a depth of knowledge of the Coast and its people that he is unparalleled in this regard. He always has his finger on the pulse of what is currently on the market, what maybe in the pipeline and what has been before. He has a very unobtrusive style of dealing with clients which is both honest and non pressured. In my experience he will make an honest attempt try to match the person with the home after finding out exactly what they need in a property. This is our third transaction with Peter and each time he has acted well beyond our expectations to achieve great results; I have no hesitation in recommending Peter as a Trustworthy ally in your property journey

Peter and the teamwork so helpfull from start to finish
We have known Peter for many years. He has been a valued customer of our business. We approached Peter regarding listing our home for sale as we felt confident he would get the best results for us. Sale of our holiday property in Ngunguru
Dealing with Dina, she was friendly, knowledgably and communicated effectively during the sale process. When we encountered a problem with the sale and purchase agreement she addressed it promptly and ensured it was corrected. She regularly kept us up to date with the process to ensure it went smoothly, considering we resided outside of the Northland area. We are happy to recommend her to future purchasers.

Very efficient and supportive
Dina was very efficient throughout the whole process. It was very helpful that she is technology savvy and could organise electronic documentation within a 24 hour time-frame. She was also very supportive of the moving process. Always punctual. I really appreciated that she is a quietly spoken person who applied no pressure and, at the same time, very attractive and with a lovely sense of humour.

Our experience with Dina Vink
Dina had been absolutely fantastic the sale of my mums property. Dina had a great deal or patience and care woth my mum making sure thar she understood the process and was hsppy to clarify any questions or concerns my mum had. Dina kept us informed regularly throughout the process and was always available of we needed anything. Fantastic agent and we were super satisfied with our choice.
