The Stones have now sold multiple properties for me. Each time they follow their (now well tested) process which has led to fantastic sales outcomes. We discussed the photos, the dialogue, and the price. The buyers came quickly; we got full asking price with quick settlement and two others wanting to put back up offers in. We sought Eden to sell our house as we formed a relationship with him when we purchased this place three years ago. He is friendly, accommodating to day or night viewings, working so hard for the vendor. What more could a person want; he has it all.
