My wife and I found Tanya to be very helpful with any queries we had.. A delight to work with.
Tanya was very professional and answered any queries we had promptly. Her sense of humor was always evident which is helpful in what can be a trying time for any vendors. Her keeness to get our property sold never waned and we believe she is a real asset to Ray White. We would like to make mention of Tanya's young helper Brian who we found to be a very pleasant young man and who should have a good future in real estate.

Tanya and co are the best in the business
Tanya and her amazing team helped us sell our family home of 15 years. You read about the “housing market boom in Auckland” all the time in the news, but it wasn’t always smooth sailing for us. As the land our house is built upon is classified as a “Mixed Housing Urban Zone” by the council, there’s a possibility to build three-storey houses on the land, making the land particularly attractive to property developers, but priced out individuals looking for a family home. In the end, we had offers from both developers and individual buyers. But the difference in prices offered between the two groups clearly showed the potential of the land, and we decided to see how it would do at an auction. Unfortunately, for the auction itself, we only had individuals bidding and no developers in attendance. As a result, the auction fell through. However, the “bad news” was only momentarily, as Tanya went the distance and worked her magic to receive multiple offers post-auction, with even an offer from overseas. We couldn’t believe our eyes at how quickly things were moving, and without even time to mourn the failure of the auction, we secured a buyer just 7 hours after. As experienced property investors, with 16 property transactions under our belt, we’ve seen our fair share of good agents in the past. But Tanya and her team hit it out of the park. Their passion, professionalism, and unrelenting perseverance to sell our house, even after the setback, was extraordinary. We are very lucky to get to know Tanya and her fantastic team and we even bought our next home through them too. Our new house ticked all the right boxes and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place. Well done Tanya, Danika, Bryan, and Nick. We can’t thank you all enough for your dedication and support. If you are looking to sell your house, even ones that are tricky to find a buyer, we wholeheartedly recommend Tanya and her team. You will be entrusting your house in very capable hands.

A great outcome. House sold with flair.
Tanya has an excellent understanding of the market and gave us great advice. She took the time to listen to our needs and her care and enthusiasm throughout the process encouraged us. Her staging of the house was fantastic. It showed off the house in the best possible way. Tanya has a great team working with her and we became very close to them all. They all contribute and work together so well towards the outcome of a good sale.

Tanya suggested auction for our property which was the best way to go. She managed the make over and staging of the property efficiently and transformed the unit. Great result on 2 adjoining properties
Tanya is very capable and sold 2 properties for us in 1 month. The first was sold by auction and I was very happy with the campaign Tanya and her team ran. The second sale came directly from the first, with Tanya enthusiastically pursuing every lead. A special shout out to her assistant Danika, who worked late at night ferrying an agreement back and forth.

Howard is a great agent, unlike some who are just trying to make a deal or push you into something, he genuinely cares even after the sale has been made. Would 100% recommend him whether it be for a 100k apartment or 10M house.
