Honest and thoughtful presentation of the property, clearly explaining all of the marketing options.

Had a clear understanding of the current market pricing and conditions, presented a clear marketing plan with a full schedule of marketing tools. Had a plan on how to proceed and gave us options throughout the process on how to adjust to meet market expectations. Both John and Aadil were both attentive to any concerns that we had and dealt with these quickly and effectively, and both provided clear feedback from potential buyers.
