Really disappointed with this agent who admitted fault when we first approached him about running the auction incorrectly, however when we challenged the agent further they did a complete U turn and then decided they had done nothing wrong, I would be avoiding this agent like the plaque for both buying and selling, you cannot trust this agent

Steve and Lisa Stone recently marketed and sold my mothers property in Broadway park. From start to finish they were great to deal with keeping us up to date weekly and making the whole process not to stressful for my mum. They are a great team and asset to the industry. I am shocked and disgusted at the conduct of this agent, we were involved in an auction that we won to find out afterward that the auction was not conducted in a fair manor. When brought up with the agency the agent (Steve Stone) and auctioneer called to apologize, when I followed this up with an email stating I wanted something done about it they were quick to back track on this and pass on to their boss who came across very defensive and patronizing in their response I called the REA and explained our situation in detail who confirmed that the agency was in the wrong with this auction conduct and advised me to lodge a complaint with them and a claim with the disputes tribunal - I will be lodging these claims

Steve was fantastic to deal with. He was very professional and kept us up to date with developments in a very difficult market. He worked hard to sell our home.
