Iza worked really hard between the vendor and ourselves over a long drawn out process. His communication and professionalism were of a very high standard.

Iza went above and beyond to aid my Mother and I to find a property. His insights, professionalism and tenacity is second to none. Nothing was a bother and we were lucky to have you in our corner. He was honest, forthcoming and would educate us whenever needed. My concerns and needs were always kept front of mind helping us navigate and construct deals which finally got me into my new home which we love. Thank you Iza, we couldn’t have done it without you.

Iza was a great help with the purchase of a home for our elderly mum just recently. He was very professional, approachable and knowledgeable about the property, always available to show our family and other interested parties around. I would have no trouble referring Iza to family and friends as I know he is honest and reliable and will take good care of them.

So far an excellent experience, however we can give a fuller feedback after the settlement!

Iza made me feel completely comfortable & at ease as a first time seller. I am located outside of NZ & Iza made the whole process seemless & effortless. Would highly recommend Iza as a agent solely based on his honesty, integrity & straight forward upfront approach with his dealings. Absolutely positive experience all round with him.
