Excellent Service
Called Mr. Liyakat and he arranged quick viewing for us. Took time and made sure we are aware about all details of the house. He assured us , answered all of our questions and negotiated with vendor. Very approachable throughout whole process . Gave many references to sort out documents. Very good experience. 100% recommended by a happy house owner 😀

Friendly and professional
Working with Gurpreet was great and he provided both friendly and professional advice. It is fair to say that this specific transaction was a bit more complex than your average property transaction and Gurpreet stuck with it to ensure that it worked well for both parties. Time poor vendor realises great sale price without stress
I needed to sell my very large house in Papakura, but had no time to prepare it for sale. I was busy working long hours through all the covid lockdowns. I was extremely concerned about finding the time to pack and move, as well as the whole marketing process. I need not have worried. Iza found the perfect buyer for my house. The whole process has been as stress free as selling a house could be.
