Choosing Iza for selling my house was the best decision I made from start to finish. His market knowledge and communication skill was excellent throughout the campaign. I definitely recommend Iza and his team to anyone looking to buy a house or sell your property.

We can recommend Iza as your real estate agent. For us he went above and beyond to ensure the property sold. While ensuring he stayed in constant contact with us during this process

I could not have asked for a better agent than Iza Kimura. Without a doubt I will use him again in the future for property sales. Iza was relentless in his pursuit of prospective buyers for our property. Not only did Iza search far and wide for buyers but he consistently followed up leads around the clock throughout the process. He is extremely proactive which I thought was key, particularly in a slowing market. This was evident in the various reports he provided us along the way, coupled with regular communication. Iza was always available to answer any questions I had but if I'm honest there weren't many questions as I felt well informed right throughout the process. His knowledge of the market is unparalleled. What I appreciate about Iza is he has a very firm grasp on not only what is happening in the market but also the why. He does a fantastic job of giving you all the facts and telling you how it is (good or bad) while still being incredibly optimistic right throughout. Iza absolutely exceeded our expectations and I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property for the highest price possible.

Iza was a pleasure to work with. He was extremly professional and researched our market intensively before our first meeting. It was most helpful recieving a thorough breakdown after each open home weekend and it was evident that he had followed up with each prospective buyer after the open homes. My family and I recommend Iza for your future house selling!
