Property Purchase
Harjinder is an honest agent and actually acted in the best interest of his clients. Easy and hard to deal with at the same time. Good at following up, no issues viewing property at short notice late in evening. Gave nothing away in respect of vendor expectations and got us paying slightly above market to secure the property in a 3 way bidding situation. Pissed at paying a little too much but can't fault someone for doing their job properly.

No stress, fast sale, high price
From the first time I spoke with Iza I could tell he was the man for the job. He certainly delivered as within 5 days of advertising we got 13 offers, the top ones of which were significantly higher than even my best-case estimate. His advice was clear and correct and we appreciated his Auckland knowledge given we were selling it remotely. A great property agent, no doubt, and we have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
