From the moment Penelope walked in our home she was warm, professional and the positivity for our home was infectious. Her communication with us was amazing and she was very thorough at following up potential buyers. The weekly reports we received were very detailed and she used a range of marketing techniques to effectively market our home. She is a very hard worker and very dedicated to getting the best result. I felt like she was genuinely on our side wanting the best result for our family. We loved dealing with her so much so that after we sold our home we asked for her help to purchase another property.
