Jay has fantastic communication skills and is very prompt with his replies. He uses easy to understand language and doesn't overwhelm you with jargon. He explains the process clearly so you know what to expect and then guides you through it. He creates a real 'we can do this!' vibe which makes you feel very positive throughout the whole marketing and sale process. He is realistic and doesn't over promise, he knows the market and is honest with you about it. On auction day, he will definitely get you top dollar. Jay is helpful, professional and always on time. He's a great agent and I would recommend him to anyone.
