Top notch team

We engaged Jay & Co to sell our home, and overall it was a great experience. The market was very tough, and while we didn’t achieve the price we had originally hoped for, Jay worked hard to maximise our return through skilled negotiation with all parties. Communication throughout was clear and structured, with regular updates that kept us informed at every stage. That consistency made the process much less stressful than it could have been. The one thing we would have preferred differently was not going to auction initially. In hindsight, we feel another approach may have suited our situation better. That said, Jay still delivered a solid result under challenging conditions, and we appreciated his professionalism and effort. We’d recommend Jay for his negotiation skills, clear communication, and commitment to getting the best possible outcome.

Excellent communicator, patient, very friendly and understanding. We highly recommend to all.

Jays communication style is caring , knowledgeable, concise , thorough and friendly. One of Jays strongest attributes for us, was the explaining of any situation with examples eg the contract when signing up, the example given for each part of the contract made it clear to understand. Overall, a great human being! I’d say that outside of this experience with Jay , he would be to his closest , a bloody good Father, Son, brother and mate. Supportive and great to work with.

When we first met Jay at an open home we instantly knew he would be great to deal with. He was warm, acknowledging and helpful. Althea was also there and we could see that they both worked well together. Once we signed up to sell our home both Jay and Althea communicated well with us, took us through the steps and what to expect and gave us the confidence that we would be looked after well. Throughout all of our interactions and the open homes Jay and Althea acted with professionalism but also kept it friendly and put us at ease. The end result was we sold our home at auction getting above the reserve price which we are very thankful for. We would highly recommend both Jay and Althea as trustworthy, positive real estate agents who engage well with the clients.

Understood our situation and delivered!

Jay was there for us every step of the way. From the very first appointment until we signed on the dotted line. He knew the market, what we needed to achieve and knocked it out of the park!
