Our experience with Sam and Brett was incredibly positive. They both had excellent knowledge of Wattle Downs, and Brett already knowing the house and previous owners was a real bonus. Although the auction ended up being a bit flat due to some prospective buyers stepping back, their follow-up strategy of “best price forward” worked perfectly.
